H&H Jr. Estate Sale this FRIDAY - SATURDAY from this lovely 3 story townhouse in DeLimon. The Dr. and his wife had nice furnishings, collectibles, lovely sets of china, linens and textiles, kitchen items - a bakers dream, fountain and garden items, full closets with very nice ladies and men’s clothing and accessories, a garage with tools etc. and more. We also included some high end New York renowned designer pieces from a fabulous Garden District home. Unlike our last visit to DeLimon, we have full permission to conduct a great sale! Hope to see everyone this Friday.

We will not give out numbers for this sale. As always, please respect the neighbors space, park legally and off the grass.

* STANDARD NOTES *

Numbers will be distributed at 7:00am on Saturday for our 9:00am opening. If you choose to receive a number early, you do not have to wait here until the sale opens, but please be in line 15 minutes prior to opening, by number. If you are not in your place in line with a number by opening, you will not get to "jump" into place. Every ADULT must have a separate number for entry!

As always, our prices are firm on the first day. However, we will accept offers on Saturday for consideration if something doesn't sell that day. If your offer is accepted, you will be called Saturday evening and your item will be marked Sold. Items on which we do not have an offer will be reduced for opening on Sunday; exceptions can occur.

Unfortunately, we cannot address early questions for pricing or selection -- please come to the sale to see what's available.

U.S. Dollars in cash and/or local checks are accepted. Electronic payment now accepted using Venmo!

She had a passion for design, architecture and all that is beautiful. She accumulated a vast collection of lovely antiques and decorative smalls. This is a huge sale: Pairs of French chairs, beautiful English Adam settee, terrific plantation four post carved bed, French painted desk, Fabulous Tara Shaw Louis XVI style day bed , English secretary, Great Colonel Rue chandelier painted carved wood with tassels, numerous sets of fine china, oriental rugs ( Persian and large Aubusson) fabulous tapestries hung as art, neat carved religious figures, designer clothing and accessories, Full length fur coats, covered garage with many interesting finds: World Fair memorabilia, carnival pins, garden items and so much more. H&H Estate Sale in this stately Garden District home and attached apartment. The late Dr. and his wife amassed a home of fine antiques, lovely smalls and great collectibles. High end ladies clothing and accessories. A lovely garden with mature potted plants and garden art. She is now drastically downsizing and parting with many great items. We will also include fabulous pieces from another estate from 123 Walnut.
We are just beginning our marking process. We will update this ad and post pictures all week. Stay tuned for an exciting sale.
