I have started intermittent fasting!! It has honestly changed my whole perspective on food… BUT, most importantly, I FEEL so good… I am not a vain person by any means.. if you really know me, then you know… BUT, I was feeling so good to actually feel GOOD, that I snapped a selfie!!! Then I looked at it and was like… The girl looking back at me is an example of God’s GOODNESS, GRACE and MERCY!!! Whoever this post reaches, please NEVER give up!!! You have been and always will be in the palm of His hand…He WILL bring you back from whatever desert you wander in… AND please believe, He makes you BETTER!!!😘🙌
