What does Lavender essential oil do for you?
Lavender is one of the most versatile (and popular) essential oils. It's been used for it's anti-inflamatory, antifungal, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, as well as analgesic, detoxifying and sedative effects.
Scientists have been studying the benefits of lavendar essential oils seriously since around 2005, and lavender has been proven to help with many of the above issues. It is not suggested for ingesting as it could have some toxic effects. Some studies have shown lavender essential oils to cause some skin allergies and sometimes headaches or nausea and vomiting. No worries with my lavender oil, because the oil will never touch your skin directly.
I can certainly say that lavender heated bags are definitely my biggest seller to date, which is why I decided to use the lavender flower as this page's profile picture.
