We recently wrapped up this **shower remodel**, and the finished look came together beautifully. For this project, we used **Happy Floors Eva Sand tile**, paired with **black Schluter trim**, a **bamboo seat**, **grab bars**, and **custom frosted glass with black trim** to tie everything together.

The result is a space that feels **masculine and earthy**, with a clean touch of **modern class.** The mix of warm tones and bold black accents creates a balanced design that’s both functional and stylish.

It’s a great example of how thoughtful material choices can transform a bathroom into something that feels custom and elevated—perfect for a **New Smyrna Beach condo.**

We recently installed this **beautiful new tile floor** at a New Smyrna Beach property where the homeowner wanted to bring a bit of the shoreline into their home.

This photo shows a **Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) floor while it’s being installed**, before the project is fully finished. Seeing it at this stage really highlights how the planks are laid out to create the **clean, modern look of tile.**

LVT is made from the same durable materials as luxury vinyl plank, but instead of wood visuals, it’s designed with **coordinating tile patterns** that give you the appearance of real tile while still offering a **softer and quieter feel underfoot.**
