Paddle out for David Tic Parker immediately following the Spooktacular Surf Contest on Saturday, October 26th. Estimated time between 12-1pm at the Flagler Ave Boardwalk. Our mystery board division and costume division will be held right before the paddle out so come early to participate or watch.
