If you enjoyed following along with us this season, we want you to meet the person behind so much of it — our social media manager, Cristy Varner. 📸🌿

Cristy joined our team this spring and quickly became such an important part of the Arona Road family. She captured the plants, the people, the behind-the-scenes moments, the gardening tips, and all the little things that make this place special — and helped us tell our story in a way that truly felt like us.

We have loved working with her, and we’re so proud of the work she did for us this season.

Cristy is growing her own business and works with local businesses on social media, photography, and content creation. If your business could use someone creative, professional, organized, and genuinely wonderful to work with, we can’t recommend her enough.

Today we close the greenhouse for the season, and more than anything, we just want to say thank you.

Thank you for showing up for us this spring, for shopping with us, supporting our family business, and letting Arona Road Greenhouse be part of your gardens and everyday life.

So many of you have been coming here for years. Some of you grew up coming here. Some of you found us more recently and made us part of your spring routine. However you found your way here, we are grateful.

We hope you have a beautiful summer and enjoy everything you planted this season. It means a lot to know that a little piece of our greenhouse gets to go home with you.

Thank you for a beautiful spring and for all of the kindness and support you have shown us.

We will miss seeing you, and we look forward to welcoming you back in spring 2027. ❤️🌸

One more weekend ‼️

We're here through Sunday, June 28.

The greenhouse is still full of annuals, perennials, vegetables, hanging baskets, natives, and summer color. If you've been meaning to make one more trip, we'd love to see you.

We still have hanging baskets and they're looking really good. 🤩

If your porch needs a little fresh color or you're looking to fill in a space for summer, we still have plenty of baskets and planters throughout the greenhouse.

The season isn't over yet, shop early for the best selection!

Pollinator gardens are still growing. 🌼🐝🦋

Our native plants and Caterpillar Candy® selections are still here and helping customers create real habitat for butterflies and pollinators.

More host plants means more caterpillars. More caterpillars means more butterflies.

It's one of the most meaningful things you can plant.

If you ask one of our team members what their favorite plant is right now, you'll probably get a different answer every time.

That's one of the fun parts of June, there are so many good choices!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by all the options, stop in and talk with us. Helping customers choose the right plants is one of our favorite parts of the job.

We still have vegetables! 🍅 🫑

Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, herbs, and more. If your garden got a late start this year, you're still in good shape. Warm-season gardening is happening right now.

And don't forget, many vegetables grow beautifully in containers too!
