Our Super Soft Taffy is made with hand harvested Sea Salt from local North Fork waters. Our salt water taffy is cooked in a copper kettle on a gas fired stove. Once it's been cooled on tables and rolled by our cooks, it's placed on the taffy puller for stretching. Finally, it's shaped by hand and fed into an antique Model K Taffy Machine where it's cut and wrapped into bite sized pieces. Our assor
