Now that glorious June is upon us, for the East Coast parents, this means end of school year madness, preparing our little ones for summer camp/activities, and trying to spend time outdoors while avoiding inhaling all that Canadian wildfire pollutants. 😷

It's my first time with a child in school and I admit, I am scrambling for ideas to gift her teacher (and aides). I know a lot of parents love gift cards but I wanted to make you aware of an ongoing in-store gift card purchase scam that leaves the recipient with a blank card that has no value.

Please try to order your GC online and ship it to your home, or purchase e-cards and either email or print out. Our teachers do so so soooo much for our littles, it is a total shame when they get scammed out of gifts they deserve. Alternatively, or IMHO, a more awesome method to gift $$ is to give HARD. COLD. CA$H.
