Let’s amplify the story of Adenah Bayoh, a remarkable woman who proves that with determination and vision, anything is possible. From her start as a refugee from Liberia, she’s now not only the first Black female affordable housing developer in New Jersey but also the proud owner of three IHOP franchises! 🎉

Adenah is transforming Newark’s South Side with a 40-unit affordable housing project that provides low- and moderate-income families not only a place to live but also free Wi-Fi, computers, and on-site tutoring for kids. 📚💻 She’s shaping a future where communities can thrive!
