Plastno was founded the morning our Founder and CEO, Julian Silva, walked his dog past rows of black trash bags on the curb and thought, every bag on this street is going to outlive me.

He set out to get the plastic out of his own cleaning routine, and from there Plastno was born, a company on a mission to make cleaning sustainable while staying safe, effective, and affordable. Most cleaning products still come wrapped in single-use plastic, and most of the brands promising better were printing eco-friendly, plant-based, and sustainable on labels that fell apart in the fine print.

At Plastno, we’ve rebuilt those everyday staples with compostable trash bags, refillable cleaning tablets, and biodegradable sponges. Every product earns the strongest certification it honestly can, every claim has to hold up on its own, and every shipment is carbon offset 🧡

Not-so-fun fact about cleaning products. In the U.S., Federal law doesn’t require them to list every ingredient on the label, and “non-toxic” is not a regulated word. Anyone can print it on anything.

So we publish all 8 of ours. Every ingredient in the Multi Cleaner Tablet is named on our product page, along with what it does and why it’s in there. No PVA, no dyes, no fragrance.

You should be able to read the whole list before you spray it around your kitchen.
