It's back. And it won't be here long.

Every year we bring it back. Every year people wait for it. And every year it disappears before some of you get around to trying it.

Not this time. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is back at Tea and Milk — and fall is the only season it shows up. So if you've been waiting, this is your sign.

Real pumpkin blend. Eight warming spices. Your choice of milk. Get it iced and large ($8.00) if you're easing into the season, or go full fall with the hot version ($8.50). And if you want a little kick — make it dirty with black tea or Vietnamese coffee. Trust us on that one.

Hot or Iced. Fall either way. 🍂

Iced Large — $8.00 | Hot — $8.50
Available at all locations while the season lasts.

We don't know exactly when it's going away. That's kind of the point. Fall doesn't last forever and neither does this. Come get yours before it's gone for another year.

Don't sleep on it. 🎃

We made something new. And we're pretty proud of it.

Tea and Milk x Matcha Reserve. Two brands, one collab, two drinks you've never tasted before — until today!!

We finally brought our in-house horchata back — sweet cinnamon, smooth rice milk — and paired it with first-harvest teas from our sister brand. The result? Two drinks that are rich, layered, and genuinely unlike anything else on our menu. Available at all locations starting today.

Horchata Matcha Tea Latte 🌵

Our in-house horchata meets a six-cultivar first-harvest matcha from Kagoshima, Japan — grown in volcanic soil, stone-milled into a fine powder that whisks smooth with zero bitterness. Sweet cinnamon up front, clean matcha finish. This one hits different.

Medium $8.00 | Large $9.00 | Hot $9.00
Contains 150–170mg caffeine.

Horchata Houjicha Latte 🍂

Horchata meets houjicha — roasted green tea with notes of caramel, cocoa, and a nutty warmth that makes it perfect for fall. We recommend it with our homemade brown sugar syrup, but unsweetened is just as good if that's your thing.

Medium from $7.50 | Large from $8.00 | Hot from $8.00

Both drinks are a collab with Matcha Reserve, our sister brand. First-harvest teas, sourced with intention, made with care. This is what happens when two brands that care about quality work together — and we think you're going to feel that in every sip.

Available now. At all locations. Go get one. 🦴

Two things are happening this week. Both are worth knowing about. Trust!

First: Grandma's Masala Chai is back. 🍵

This one has a story. It's crafted from a recipe handed down by our best friend's grandmother — Nilgiri black tea, eight distinct spices, oat milk. Vegan, gluten free, and genuinely one of the most comforting things we make.

Get it iced (Medium $7.75 / Large $8.25) or hot ($8.25). Back at all locations this MONDAY, September 28th.

Second: something brand new drops Friday. 👀

We've been working on something with our sister brand Matcha Reserve and it's unlike anything we've done before. We're not giving it all away yet — but if you've ever had horchata and wondered what it would taste like with a first-harvest tea collab behind it, you're going to want to be first in line.

October 2nd. All locations. That's all we're saying for now.

Mark your calendar. 📅

Sunday 9/28 — Grandma's Masala Chai returns
Thursday 10/2 — Something new. Something big.

Okay so it's raining all weekend.

And honestly? We're not too mad about it.

This is the kind of weekend made for warm drinks, good food, and doing absolutely nothing productive. So we're making it easy — come see us this Saturday or Sunday and take 15% off your in-store order. Just show this email at the counter or order ahead! Highly Recommend to order ahead!

15% OFF IN-STORE/ONLINE ORDER AHEAD ONLY — SAT & SUN ONLY ☔

In-store AND online pick up orders only. Sept 26–27. All locations.

Pumpkin is back. Hot or cold. No wrong answer. 🎃

Real pumpkin. Real spice. Your choice of milk. Get it iced ($8) if you're still in denial about summer ending, or go hot ($8.50) and fully commit to fall. You can even make it dirty with black tea or Vietnamese coffee — we won't judge, we'll actually respect it.

And if you're hungry, the bowls are calling. 🍚

Our Banh Mi Bowls are the real deal — white rice, pickled daikon and carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, your sauce, your way. Pick your protein:

🍗 Halal Lemongrass Chicken — $15.50
🥩 BBQ Pork — $15.50
🌱 Mushroom & Tofu (Vegan) — $16.00
👑 Supreme (double protein, yes really) — $16.50

36 grams of protein and a full serving of veggies. Rain food at its finest.

Which vibe are you this weekend?

🧳 Astoria — We can't do sit-down this weekend but come grab your order and take it home. Couch, blanket, pumpkin latte, bowl. That's the move.

☕ Chelsea Market — Come in, find a corner, and just... exist for a bit. No rush. The rain's not going anywhere and neither are we.

🎲 Bay Ridge — Pull up with the whole crew. We've got board games, we've got space, we've got drinks and bowls. Make an afternoon of it. Seriously.

We just had to share!

Hey friends,

However you're celebrating this weekend, a backyard barbecue, fireworks with the kids, or just finally sitting still for five minutes, we hope it's a good one. 250 years is worth raising a glass to (or a cup of boba, no judgment).
Quick heads up, so your weekend plans go smoothly:

Friday, July 4th

Chelsea Market is open at regular hours if you need us
Astoria and Bay Ridge are closed today. Go enjoy the holiday, we'll see you soon

Saturday, July 5th

All three locations are back to normal hours

If you're headed to Sail City this weekend (July 5–7):

The tall ships will be docked for public access and genuinely worth the trip if you haven't seen them up close. We'll be down there too, so if you're wandering the pier with the family, come say hi and grab something cold.

Thanks for being part of our little corner of this city. Here's to the next 250.

Happy 4th from Tea and Milk!

To Celebrate our 250th Anniversary, we are giving a $5 bonus to every gift card purchase over $35

Join Us at NinjaBear NYC

Join us this Saturday for a Tea and Milk x NinjaBear NYC Pop-up, where we explore First Harvest Matcha from Kagoshima, Iced Vietnamese Coffee, and our Pineapple Rose Tea, made with 20g of collagen or 25g of protein.

Over the last 2 years, we've explored the possibility of adding pure collagen to our drinks to improve health, gut health, and support hair, skin, nail, and joint growth!

On top of that, we've also experimented with protein in our drinks to help with protein intake on a busy day, and we believe you'll love it!

This pop-up is a Tea and Milk and NinjaBear NYC Event! Please RSVP on the eventbrite link below!
