The secret behind a perfectly smooth ganache? 🍫

To achieve the ideal texture, we use a vacuum mixer throughout the process. By removing air bubbles while blending, it creates a smoother, more consistent ganache and allows the chocolate’s flavour to shine through.

It’s one of those details most people never see, but one that plays an essential role in the final result.
