COVID - 19 has created a lot of changes in our day to days lives. I am aware of the changes that are occurring and have created a policy to go along with the time.

Cancelled orders with proof of cancelation of events will be credited if your fabric can’t be returned. The alternate option is to use your fabric to create another look or use in a future order, usuable for 1 year.

If you cancel your order with no proof you will be forfeiting our agreement and will be issued no refund or accommodations of any nature.

Any events such as prom, baby showers, weddings and any other customs that have been postpone, your service an be postponed as well and when you get word of a new date for event please notify Haus of Shea AS SOON AS YOU GET WORD.
