But nothing is accomplished without proper nutrition & consistency. She started out with large on Day 1 notice how the waistband couldn't come full across.

Less than 2 weeks later she is ready to go down a size 😳 That's called determination !! 👏

Happy Mother's Day To The Strong Mothers.

It takes so much strength to be a Mom. We go through seeing our children fall then laugh, cry and then love. When they hurt we are there to pick them up and say, baby it will be okay.

We do all of this while not thinking about ourselves and maybe, with a glass of wine or two 😉 in hand.

Being a Mom is loving someone so much unconditionally and never knowing how much they will love in return. As a Mother we endure but our children look as us as superheros. Always, wondering how does she do it??

So, ladies wear your cape and do what you do because you deserve this recognition today.

To my Mom, my Angel thank you for being my Superwoman and my son thank you for making me a Mother which is the greatest love one can imagine.
