In honor of Father’s Day, I want to tell you about the man behind the name; Dennis, my dad.
It’s true, my dad inspired my love of gifting by always buying thoughtful gifts for the people in his life, including the flowers he buys my mum and me every Friday…
But there’s a bigger reason why I chose to name my business after him. Dennis
has a capacity to love beyond anyone else I’ve ever met. He treats his close friends like family, and has been the ultimate example of what it means to be a loyal and loving friend. He has the biggest appetite for fun (and food) and loves nothing more than bringing together the people he loves.
It may not be Father’s Day today in Australia, but I’ll jump on the opportunity to say ‘Thanks Dennis’ for being the weird and wonderful man that you are.
If you’re lucky enough to be celebrating someone this Father’s Day, remember that gifts are great but the real impact comes from telling them you love them.
