This AMAZING RESCUE group - who does so much to help so many dogs - has literally lost EVERYTHING in a devastating fire.

Our custom candle was created to help raise donations to get them back on their feet. All PROCEEDS are being donated to .

Personally, as a volunteer driver transporting dogs to their forever homes, this rescue is so very close to my heart - let’s lend them a helping hand for the dogs & for their tireless work!

((The fire at their Andover, NJ shelter caused catastrophic damage to their kennel area, where the fire was contained, and significant smoke damage to other structures on the property. Tragically, six dogs perished in the fire💔. All remaining dogs are accounted for and are currently receiving care through temporary housing, foster placements, and partner rescues♥️🐾. 😴💤. Why am I endlessly fascinated by sleeping animals?! Their deep slumbers, their little snores, and the look of pure contentment on their faces, like sweet Noa’s here, just draws me in… Every. Time.

I love knowing that they feel loved, comfortable, safe and warm… but I would really love to know what’s going on in those furry little heads… I know it’s probably more than we even imagine… volume up for cuteness! 🔈

(Revisiting a favourite — babies Lenny and Sulwe are a bit bigger now, but just as speedy! They don’t get milk bottles, as they nurse from their mothers, but like to race alongside the ever-competitive Lima Lima all the same.)

Lenny and Sulwe symbolise the multi-generational success of our Orphans’ Project. Their mothers, Lima Lima and Sonje, were rescued as babies. Lima Lima lost her mother to poachers; Sonje was shot in the leg, leaving her with a lifelong injury.

And now, because their lives were saved all those years ago, they are bringing the next generation of elephants into the world!
