The Philadelphia 76ers have made one of the biggest moves of the NBA offseason, acquiring Jaylen Brown from the Boston Celtics in a blockbuster trade. In return, Boston receives Paul George, a 2028 first-round pick, a 2031 unprotected first-round pick, a 2028 second-round pick, and a 2030 second-round pick.
Philadelphia is going all in, pairing Brown with Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey to create one of the strongest cores in the Eastern Conference. Meanwhile, the Celtics add a proven veteran in Paul George while gaining valuable draft capital to help shape the franchise’s future. This trade could have a major impact on the NBA title race and will be one of the defining moves of the 2026 offseason.
