Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!! This was my first Thanksgiving without my family and if I said I wasn’t homesick I would be lying.
BUT! I was so blessed to work the Thanksgiving Day Parade! And let me tell you.... if you think the broadcast of the parade is magical then you HAVE to see it in person. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in NYC!

Whew- what a crazy week!

Last week I had the honor of representing Macy’s at the Trans along with fellow personal stylists from Herold Square and Queen’s Center!

Having always been a LGBTQ ally I knew that this was a project I definitely wanted to work on. During the course of three days I gave two presentations about how to dress for the shape of your body. I spoke about undergarments, masculine and femme fashions and I got to hear stories about finding fashion with the most loving humans I’ve met!

I never knew how much I had to learn… I guess that’s how everyone feels once they’ve walked a mile in someone else’s shoes.

I am so humbled and inspired by these individuals! I can’t wait to work and support them in future endeavors! •••••••••••••••••••••
