Mantra - Meditation - Mindset

What do they have in common? Mantra is a form of meditation. Mantra can help us shift our energetic frequency, which includes our emotional and mental state.

We can change our lives by changing our mind! Our thoughts and emotions are intricately tied to the life we create for ourselves. To what we think is possible. To who we think we are.

Be the change you wish to see in the world.

I know a lot of us are experiencing another wave of shock, stress, anticipation, feeling unsafe.

Take a breath, a DEEP one, hold onto it and close your eyes.
Stay in your center. Check in with yourself. The world needs responses, not relations, to stabilize the waves of discord.

Don’t bypass what’s coming up. Meet it half way, see it, without letting it consume you. Ask for the messages and meanings riding underneath the emotional waves.

Ask what you can do to nourish and create alignment today. Even if it’s a 5 minute meditation or walk outside without your phone. Or a bath, or magnesium, healthy or comforting food.

I’m genuinely sending out prayers of peace, I deeply care about your nervous systems and the tension in your necks and backs. Pause and breathe. Check in, and take care of yourselves before carrying on. I love you 💜

Take a breathe and put your hand on your heart - I’m serious! Stop scrolling! Feel this. Feel YOU. Feel for a moment, that things might be okay. Then lean into that feeling. And ask how you can serve it to become a reality.
