this is your sign that it’s never too late to start again so here’s a little snippet of my safar (journey) as we step into our thirddd year as Chai Street & Co. | 🇵🇰 Pakistani Specialty Chai ☕️

Showing up as a brand that is also very me is something little me would have loved to see. 🫶

Winning the pitch competition by Parasol Projects in 2024 was a really big win for our brand that landed us a lot of connections in the personal + corporate world, but also gave a taste of what a shop would feel like even if it was for just a week.

(We spent almost a total of $10k from spending on decor + seating + equipment + ingredients + our biggest help was from the one and only Event Planner • Design Consultant for all the desi elements that made this pop-up shop a vibe.)

I can’t express how easy it is for small businesses to fall in the trap of doing something for “exposure”.

Everyone has advice, but nobody can do things the way you can. Your touch is what can also make or break your business. & this business only exists because we pour with pyaar (🩷)

There are definitely perks to being able to pack a truck and go set up anywhere, but there’s also a big reality check that involves multiple permits and taxes in different states.

This event specifically involved our camper being driven up from NC during Ramadan— stopped in DMV for their Suhoor night — then traveled to Astoria for the Ramadan Night Market — and then a 14 hour roadtrip back bc we had an EV so multiple charging stops while fasting. 🫠🫩 Also, I’m probably the worst person for a road trip now bc I’m 100% taking a nap.😅

I personally have loved supporting my small business friends and incorporating it with our brand whether it’s being a part of someone’s workshop as the drink vendor or collabing together on a drink/product.

We bottled up our recipe in a way that allows you to share it with your friends and family too. ☕️

Each mix can make 20+ cups and you can always adjust our blend by making it light/stronger.

NC fam you made sure we were booked and busy this April! We have 2 pop-ups this Saturday 4/25/26 in Apex and Cary!

✨ — We’ll be serving drinks from 10am-12ish pm! Come get your caffeine fix with our signature specials in chai, matcha, iced lattes, and refreshers as they celebrate turning 4!!!

✨ — We’ll be serving drinks food those attending their event at from 4-7 pm! You can start grabbing chai + snacks as soon as registration opens around 3pm! We will have chai, lattes, refreshers, and snacks for purchase!

We look forward to serving our NC community this month! We’re booked up for May, but we’re taking catering bookings for the summer!
