Lo and behold ..!!! This post is after almost 2.5 years ..!! It took a lockdown for this to happen... With quarantine in place - work from home and more time on hand ..it was perfect To indulge in some EGGLESS / VEGAN MACARON baking. Trying out new flavors, perfecting the look and pleasing the Macaron Gods ..!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😝😝

The first time I tasted An eggfree French Macaron I wondered why they were so popular. It wasn't until i tried making these brats ..!! that I finally knew why this pretty gluten free petit four was taking the world by storm. Bratzz - why ?? French macarons are finicky, they depend on A lotta factors - oven temperature, humidity, ingredients, measurements and list can go onnnnn .... !!! The combination of two almond flavored meringue cookies sandwiched together with a tasty filling is delightful. A cookie with a thin crust that breaks so easily when you bite into it, while inside it's wonderfully soft and moist, with a mildly sweet almond flavor.

In closing, even though making Macarons is quite challenging, it's worth it. Every time I make them I still can't believe how beautiful they look and how delicious they taste.
Where theres a whisk theres a wAy ..!! 😆😆😋. So lets bake the world a betta place .. !!

If you’re planning a first birthday party for your kiddo, you’ve probably heard by now that it’s not complete without a smash cake.
