Dan Simon launches his debut novel Ashland in conversation with André Aciman in New York this February 📖
On February 17 at Villa Albertine, Seven Stories Press founder and editor-in-chief Dan Simon will discuss Ashland (Europa Editions), his deeply moving first novel, with acclaimed author André Aciman.
Set in Ashland, New Hampshire—a former mill town in the lakes region—Ashland unfolds through six interwoven voices, including a young writer at a crossroads, an aging newcomer arriving late in life, and a cast of locals whose lives quietly shape one another. A novel of transformation, permanence, and becoming, Ashland gives voice not only to its characters but to the town itself.
