Since 1983, Élan Flowers has been New York City’s name for bespoke floral artistry.

We are beginning a new series on the Journal, one that introduces every side of what we do, from weddings to brand activations to the weekly delivery that turns an ordinary Wednesday into a tradition. It starts with who we are.

The word élan means energy, style, and panache. It is not just our name, it is our standard. Flowers, done right, are never just flowers. They are feelings made visible.

Hello, if we haven’t met before we are Patrick and Christine Hall, owners of Élan Flowers.
We purchased Élan Flowers in 2015 after falling for the Tribeca location and the classic floral design aesthetic; it felt timeless and chic. Now, 11 years later, we have grown in every way, expanding our staff and our products and services.
We are especially proud and grateful to have purchased our forever home at 1 Worth Street, a much larger space that gives us more production space and also allows us to host in-studio events and workshops.

We are so grateful to our regular clientele and flower friends, and, if you are new to Élan Flowers, we invite you to visit us in person and follow us on social media to stay up to date with our beautiful flower-filled days.

Sourcing vintage planters for orchids has become an accidental passion of ours. It makes us happy to see who selects these one-of-a-kind treasures.

Pro tip: you can bring back your planter and have it replanted with fresh orchids.
