(Vegetarian) Enjoy my handmade dumplings Tsel Momos, served with a homemade chili & truffle oil sauce, a side of glass noodles salad and a steamed airy Tingmo bread to dip in sauce. Ending on a fresh and sweet note is Om Dre, a traditional rice dessert with dried apricots and cardamon seeds.
