🍶 Meet IWA — Premium Sake at World Sake Day NYC

Created by Richard Geoffroy, former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon for 28 years, IWA brings a unique vision to the world of Japanese sake.

Crafted at the Shiraiwa brewery in Toyama, IWA explores the art of Assemblage — blending different sake elements to achieve extraordinary balance, complexity, and harmony.

Elegant, refined, and deeply rooted in Japan, IWA represents a new expression of prestige sake.

✨ This year at WSDNYC, experience IWA 6 at the general tasting table, along with the special IWA 5 Assemblage 3, featured in Steve Kim’s Premium Sake Selection.

Two expressions of IWA, two different tasting experiences. 🍶

☕️ Welcome Back, Superlost Coffee!

We’re excited to welcome Superlost Coffee back to World Sake Day NYC!

Founded in Brooklyn in 2017 by David Roa and Craig Deahl, Superlost is a specialty coffee roaster focused on transparency, fair compensation, and creative expression.

Superlost also has a special connection to our story — their coffee was served at MIKA, where World Sake Day NYC first began in Brooklyn. ❤️

And once again this year, Superlost Coffee will be featured in the original sake cocktail designed by Takuma Watanabe of MARTINY’S exclusively for World Sake Day NYC. ☕️🍶🍸

From MIKA to World Sake Day NYC — we’re happy to continue creating together.
