Used them for the first time, based on recommendation from my rental agent. So happy that I did, because it made the move -- which is always a horrible experience -- a lot easier on me. Someone just dropped off the bins, then picked them up when I was done. It sounds easy, although there were some complications. But the great thing is that whenever I emailed them they responded right away with an email or a phone call. I always knew what the issue was and they were always ready with an option to fix. When you're in the weeds like that, you want someone to give it to you straight so you can work to fix - and they were there with me every step of the way. In the end, they were so accommodating. Using EZ Bins has been such a good experience, no need to fold up and break down boxes at the end of your move. Such a smart choice, I'll definitely use them again and recommend to all I know. Plus, it felt good to go green and save the planet by using less waste! Thanks again!!!

This service is outstanding. It is as easy as it sounds. The bins made the move so much easier to manage, and were way more reliable than reused or brand new cardboard boxes. The customer service is also outstanding. During this move, I have had the worst experiences with u-haul, and our cable companies, but EZ bin was always helpful. In my stress of dealing with the other companies, I forgot to schedule a pick for my EZ bins, on the 2 week mark. I called day of, in the afternoon, and they came to pick then up within just a few hours. They are great about being in touch too, with very reliable telephone and e-mail correspondence available. I can't say enough great things, during a very stressful move, this company was smooth, reliable, and provided exactly the service they offered on their site, which is more than I can say for any other company I've dealt with.

The bins are great but the best part about going with EZ bins over another company that sells bins like these is their flexibility. I had a little trouble planning my move and had to change the amount of bins last minute, when I received them, when I returned them, etc. The normal trials and tribulations of moving. The point being, Lou at EZ bins really made it easy to make the last-minute changes I desperately needed. One of the perks of going with a smaller company.

So much better than boxes! Just moved w EZ Bins and DUMBO Moving Co... No problems! Bins were delivered quickly and then we needed more - cue Lou from EZ Bins to save the day! It was great not having to buy and set up all those boxes, only to then break them down and throw them out. EZ Bins are better for the environment and much sturdier than moving boxes. We did use some of the cardboard dividers for the very fragile plates, but almost everything else went right in the bins. Then they were picked up on schedule - all gone - we would use them again next move.

There is no reason not to move with EZbins. None. EZ bins was referred to me through a similar bin company a bit farther away who didnt have avail for the job until 3 days later - the day before my move. I called and said I needed the bins same day and the owner of the company said they were on their way to LI (i am in brooklyn) but that they would re-route and make a delivery to me in the next 3 hours. Thank you! I got the 25 1 bedroom apartment set with a wardrobe, a dish box and a glass box. It was a great amount of boxes (though i actually used 4 extra of my own and a suitcase to fully empty the apartment). On delivery they did a demo of how to use the ties, set up the wardrobe, and set up the cardboard dish and glass racks for the bins. The pickup was also super easy and amazingly I could stack all 25 bins in one tower to save room in my apartment while I was waiting for pickup! I will never move without EZ bins again. No tape, no scrounging for grimy liquor boxes, no worries!

This was my first time using bins vs. moving boxes and I would definitely do it again. I could have used a few more bins...

This was my first time using bins vs. moving boxes and I would definitely do it again. I could have used a few more bins than I ordered, in fact.

Drop off and pick up were both super easy. Great concept. I am not sure it saved me any money vs. cardboard but it definitely made packing much easier.

Would recommend them to others. Also, EZ Bins serviced both my moving from/moving to neighborhoods in Brooklyn, whereas their competitors did not.

Only one problem was that my movers had difficulty reading the small labels on the totes (which I put on the sides so they'd still be viewable when totes were stacked). I would recommend that if using the service you put a label on multiple sides and on top of the totes so that tote destination room is obvious.

When I move again the only way that I will do so is if I have EZ Bins. They are absolutely ideal for a move and made my life so much easier. The movers were extremely impressed by how easy it was to transport the bins from one apartment to the next. Also, my new landlord was extremely happy with my use of the bins because he hates when tenants use cardboard boxes (cockroaches and other critters love cardboard!).

Overall, I can't say enough good things about these bins. I will never move without them!

Don was incredibly friendly and helpful when both delivering and picking up the bins. I will definitely use them again for my next move.

We moved apartments after 12 years! Wow, long time, a lot of stuff. I didn't want to have to buy boxes AND throw them away. What a waste. I found out about this service through a moving company. Brilliant idea! The boxes were hand delivered, right on time, the held tons of stuff, they forced me to pack and not pontificate, and so easy to place on top of each other and put out of the way as I packed. Then, when we moved, everything was labeled and packed beautifully, I hardly used any paper because the boxes are so sturdy. I unpacked quickly and then they were picked up and taken away. I can't recommend using EZ Bins enough. A brilliant idea, saves money, saves waste, is so helpful when you are packing and the company was really great to work with, and so spot on with their estimate of what I needed. Why waste your money on boxes?

The thing that worried us the most after we've found an apartment was the move-out/move-in day. It was our first move between two apartments in New York, and we tried to figure out the easiest way to do it. While one variable of the equation is your mover itself, the other one is the packaging solution you are using.

When we learned about EZBins and their solution for moving, we discovered that in terms of cost it's about the same as buying packaging material, but it saves you the HUGE amount of time that you put into building the disposable packages, and between you and me, if you work/study/live, your time worth a lot. Additionally, EZBins' bins are much more durable and safe than the disposable ones.

EZBins has predetermined packages, although you can build your own, but the thing is that their packages pretty much scores right on based on your apartment size (studio / 1br / 2br etc...). We took the 1BR package and added two wardrobes and the special packaging for cups and glasses.

The delivery and pick dates and hours of the bins are very flexible, and they are very polite and efficient on the delivery/pickup itself.

I highly recommend this service to anyone who's about to move. You won't regret it.

These guys are good. Real good. It was my first time using a service like this instead of cardboard boxes and I have to say, I'm sold. Lou over there at ez bins was quick to respond to my inquiries, was more than understanding when I had to hold on to the bins for longer than expected because a place fell through (only 25 bucks per week), and was timely and polite with pickup and delivery. Also, their onsite chat advisor tailored to my timing needs and answered all my q's on the spot.

I'll be using them again.

AND they are green. Green is my favorite color. So... Boom.
