These two gate agents not only wouldn’t help me print a boarding pass during my layover at schipol (long story) but were also rude and told me to go back to the country I came from if I couldn’t understand them (being rude to me). This is in and the agents are and I’m on my way to India on KLM. Fyi, I’m a frequent traveler with status on sky team. I need a boarding pass for the lounge and shopping in airport. I want to know how any company allows this to be the culture. How shameful and disappointing on so many levels. PS - without a boarding pass I can’t get on a plane to go the country I came from.
