Ok idk - but being “locked” in the house today (from the wildfire smoke passing through NY) has actually made me a little excited to get some creating done! It’s been a recent challenge for me to keep the creative energy up with the 9-5 work day that somehow always seems to seep into other hours, prepping for markets, fixing machines as they go down, learning new machines - which is exciting once you finally get it working, etc. But TODAY… today there is none of that. All machines are working, all market prep is done, and it’s the freaking weekend, and I’m locked inside w no where to go! Feeling inspired ✨ What will she come up with next? 👀😊

While things have been feeling like Mercury is in retrograde, I’m reminded that there are forces bigger than us. And once I start thinking of planets, I always get to my girl, Saturn. I have/make/take a moment for her greatness, her beauty, her glow. She’s my favorite. She reminds me of my greatness, my beauty, my glow. I know I’m not alone when I feel like in another life,… I’d probably be from Saturn 🪐 I know gets it.

Do you feel that way? Or are you more drawn to big red Jupiter, the lovely Venus, mysterious Mars???

If you know me… you know that I love me some Earth and some Mother Nature. I’m constantly in awe of what the Earth is capable of and all the many different landscapes and features she has to show off. Take me somewhere new any day - I want to see it all. And Mother Nature … can we talk about a Queen - what power!! After last week’s heatwave and sporadic tornado like thunder storms (and of course all other extreme displays that we’ve seen over the years), I think I can speak for all of us when I say “we’ve been humbled”. And she will always be back to remind us of her strength. Respect.
