Stress, nervous system, and “vitality”
Modern stress doesn’t just live in the mind—it shows up in the body as tension, shallow breathing, low motivation, and poor sleep. The goal isn’t to eliminate stress; it’s to improve recovery so the body can reset.
Try a 2‑minute “downshift” once or twice per day: slow breathing, a short walk, or stepping away from screens. The point is consistency, not perfection.
Wellness is often about removing friction: fewer late coffees, calmer evenings, and more daylight early in the day. Those basics can make you feel more stable and resilient over time.
