Hot off the presses! Princeton University renames Woodrow Wilson College and the First College will become Hobson College. Huge news! Princeton scrapped his name due to his legacy of racism (a long time battle). Hobson, co-CEO of Ariel Investments, a fashion icon to so many of our finance executive clients is making history. Just look at her feather adorned top. She goes for it!

Thanks for the Forbes feature, recognizing our work, and sharing our tips! is a new part of our reality and we have been working to make this reality work for you. The last few weeks of simultaneous hope and despair have made it that much more difficult for us to turn that camera on for a work call. Video Call Chic Tips
1. Focus on your top (blouse, elevated T-shirt, and/or blazer), scarves, and jewelry with attention to color, framing your face, and enhancing your neckline. The combinations are boundless.
2. Wear what makes you smile seeing yourself on camera!
3. Pull out the tops and jewelry that you rarely wear from your closet and give them a try. A video call is definitely shorter than a work day. If it isn't working, you can always change. And, you can log on to the Cepi Style App to get expert advice on a combination you are excited to try.
4. Try an elevated T-shirt with a scarf or jewelry. Just make sure that the sleeve length of the T-shirt falls closer to your elbow than your shoulder. The longer sleeve lends to more formality.
5. Wear something you would normally save for special occasions. We all need joy and we are going to have to find them at any moment we can.
