Adam from visits us at Bond Street (wearing official merch, obviously) and plays a new song on a 1970s Martin D-35 acoustic guitar!

Rob and Ryan from recently came into the store and did an impromptu cover of Band On The Run while trying some guitars out.

The guitar being used is a Hofner XII, a flattop 12-string acoustic with a spruce top, laminated mahogany back and sides, and rosewood fingerboard.

The bass being used is an Ibanez AEB30-LG, an acoustic-electric with a satin-finish mahogany neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.

Available for sale is this 1969 Ampeg Dan Armstrong! This guitar features a bolt-on neck, clear lucite body, and interchangeable pickup.

On top of that, this guitar has a unique tone system as a result of the singular interchangeable pickup. Tone Position 1 engages the tone control for a standard, warmer sound. Center position disengages the tone control completely. Lastly, in Position 2 different frequencies are affected by the tone control, resulting in a sound reminiscent of a half-cocked wah pedal.

This guitar is great for players looking to get a bright, distorted tone out of their guitar with minimal gear or effects.

Available now at Bond Street is this Guild M-75 Bluesbird! Played through a Reverend Hellhound 40/60 which is also available for purchase.

This solid body electric guitar is from the mid 70s and features Humbucker pickups. It also features a unique phase switch that inverts the phase of the bridge pickup when both pickups are selected and engaged. This results in a thinner out of phase tone commonly found in blues and funk.

visited us in the “salmon basement” of Bond Street to demo the Mosrite Stereo 350 by playing some of his own songs.

These guitars were only produced between 1971 and 1975 and it’s unknown exactly how many were made. It features distinctive stereo wiring that allows for the guitar output to be played through two separate pedalboards and amps.

Available now is this Casio EG-5 Cassette Tape Guitar (played through a Fender ‘65 Reissue Princeton Reverb which is also available for purchase)! Call, DM, or visit us in-store for inquiries.

Made in Japan in the late 80s, this guitar is unique in multiple ways. It features a built-in cassette deck for recording or playing along to karaoke-style backing tracks. The guitar also has its own speaker, distortion, and varispeed functions built into it as well.

The Casio EG-5 is a great pick for anyone looking for a guitar that does it all!
