We are a Memphis/Southern-Style kitchen with a focus on catering, specializing in wood smoked brisket and other smoked and non-smoked delicacies. We also have a food cart that we move around NYC so keep up with us on social media to know where we will turn up next! Been thinking about it, and just felt like I had to say this 😂 You may see this trending challah schnitzel sandwich (it goes by many names 😀) throughout various kosher restaurants and grocery stores, nowadays. Just giving the credit to the true OG of this sandwich - my good friend, who introduced this to the kosher consumer, several years ago. Imitation is flattery, I guess. (This was an old video we shot that I just found around the time Isaac introduced it to the oilam 😎).
