We are a Memphis/Southern-Style kitchen with a focus on catering, specializing in wood smoked brisket and other smoked and non-smoked delicacies. Been thinking about it, and just felt like I had to say this 😂 You may see this trending challah schnitzel sandwich (it goes by many names 😀) throughout various kosher restaurants and grocery stores, nowadays. Just giving the credit to the true OG of this sandwich - my good friend, who introduced this to the kosher consumer, several years ago. Imitation is flattery, I guess. (This was an old video we shot that I just found around the time Isaac introduced it to the oilam 😎).
