Sawflyr Lawn and Garden Perennial growers specializing in hosta and daylily. We also offer many other perennials each year. All plants are potted and ready to be planted.

Our annual plant sale is held the first Saturday in May each year. We continue to sell throughout the summer months. Plants are available in Newark Township (just outside of Beloit) or can be shipped bare root throughout the United States. Discounts are available for large quantity purchases. These cherry tomatoes are rich, sweet and have a smoky-fruity flavor! Excellent taste!

Potted in gallon containers and ready to plant. Nice, well-rooted plants.
This is a perennial, will come back every year and will continue to form a larger clump. These do NOT spread like ditch lilies, the clump itself will get bigger.
Great in the back of flowerbeds or in a mass planting in hard to mow areas.
Full sun to part shade.

BAREROOT "FRANS HALS" DAYLILY

Big, bi-colored flowers alternate rich reddish orange petals with pure golden ones, adding a riot of color during the summer months.

We field grow these in Southern Wisconsin and they are super hardy and very low maintenance.
Best to plant 3-4 roots in one hole or pot them up using the same number of roots.

ASKING: $1.00 each root
Minimum order of 10 roots.

FOXGLOVE "EXCELSIOR MIX"

Excelsior Foxglove (Digitalis purpurea Excelsior Group) is a popular, towering biennial known for its dramatic spikes of bell-shaped, horizontally-facing flowers. Unlike traditional foxgloves, its speckled, pastel blooms wrap entirely around the stem rather than just hanging on one side.
Height: 4 to 6 feet tall
Vibrant mix of pink, lavender, purple, yellow, cream, and white.
Bloom Time: Late spring to mid-summer (first year foliage, second year blooms)
Exposure: Partial to full shade
Toxicity: All parts of the plant are highly poisonous to humans and pets if ingested, and the sap can cause skin irritation.
Soil: Thrives in rich, moist, but well-drained soil.
Wildlife: Highly attractive to hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies.
Self-Seeding: Though short-lived, they naturalize beautifully by dropping seeds at the end of the summer.

These get taller at approximately 3 feet. Great for mass plantings, erosion control, hard to mow areas or in the back of your flower garden.

Sedum 'Purpureum' is a low-growing, mat-forming perennial succulent. Blooms bright yellow starry flowers in early summer. Reaching just 4 - 6 inches tall, it is perfect for rock gardens, front of flowerbeds, fairy gardens, etc.
