1970's lime green and rainbow striped terry cloth mini dress by Catalina. Zip-up front with baby dagger collar. 100% cotton. Pockets! Adorable jumper style dress/swimwear cover-up.

✧Condition: no notable flaws! As with any vintage terry cloth you might see some little "floofy" threads here and there (see last photo) but it's in great to excellent condition.

Easiest trick for looking instantly stylish & super cool.......
ADD A BELL SLEEVE (or my favorite, a poet sleeve 🪶)

Find 1 or 2 staple pieces that you can use as a base for layering under (or over) dresses, vests, jumpers, etc. and not only will it elevate your outfit, but it can also make a more formal dress more wearable for day-to-day, or it can transcend a summer dress to fall & winter.

I recommend using the Gem app for vintage pieces. Just search for "70's bell sleeve" and you can explore all secondhand marketplaces and even turn on notifications for when a new listing pops up!

The navy blue poet sleeve I have is from Whatnot (I don't remember the seller's name!) and the red blouse is from Maggie M - I love this top so much!

Vintage 1940's 2 piece women's slack suit. Black wool peplum blazer with velvet double breasted buttons, lapels, and cuffs. Blazer is lined. Matching black velvet trousers with a satin waistband. Metal side zipper and hook & eye closure at the waist.

✧Circa: 1940's

✧Condition: repairs were already done on the seam along the gusset area of pants. one missing button at the very top under one of the lapels (you actually can't tell it's missing because of this, unless you'd like to wear it with a higher/smaller collar). otherwise, beautiful condition for age. no other notable flaws.

1960's black 3D sequin flounced bell sleeve mini dress. Sheath style mini with semi-sheer poet style sleeves, with faceted flower sequins and beads. Pointed spade shaped sequins dangle from the cuffs. Fully lined, metal zipper up the back.

✧Condition: a few sequins are imperfect, some tiny pieces may be broken off. Overall presents beautifully. Dress itself in excellent condition.

1940's rayon Hawaiian Pake Muu. Incredible & unique novelty print, featuring light grey bamboo with lime green leaves, on a true blue and white background. Deep pink frog closures at the neckline as well as on the lining of the kimono/angel sleeves, and small side slits at the bottom. Small classic 40's shoulder pads. Metal side zipper.

✧Condition: all flaws are documented in photos. There is light foxing or faint yellowing scattered throughout. These are fortunately not very obvious unless you look very closely and know where to look. One tiny repair at neckline. Price reflects condition.

Handmade 1970's quilted patchwork-print skirt. Midi length with a ruffled hem. Red elastic waistband with two decorative buttons at the front. Fabric is a patchwork style with juxtaposed patterns of ditzy florals, ginghams, polka dots, and more in red, blue, yellow, and white.

RARE Frederick's of Hollywood 1970's burgundy lace peignoir set. Maxi length nightgown with completely sheer wavy panels and delicate, intricate zig-zag lace stripes. Front bra hook closure with a tie that creates a keyhole detail. Lovely wide sweep on the skirt. Matching robe with angel sleeves and tie waist belt. I would totally layer the robe over a slip dress and wear this out of the house!

✧Condition: one tiny repair done on bust. As you can see, the lace is very fine and delicate so handle the garment with care. Otherwise absolutely BEAUTIFUL condition!

Vintage 1970's floral lace caped overlay maxi dress. Black polyester maxi with a romantic flower garden lace capelet, in soft pinks, yellow, white, and green. Square neckline with elastic so you can wear it on or off-the-shoulder. No zippers or closures, just pulls on over the head.
