Director Craig Zobel ('THE PENGUIN') is officially set to direct the live-action film adaptation of 'SOMETHING IS KILLING THE CHILDREN', with filming to begin in Spring 2027.

Adapted from James Tynion IV and Werther Dell'Edera’s Eisner Award-winning BOOM! Studios comic, the film centers on mysterious, monster-hunting heroine Erica Slaughter as she arrives in a quiet town plagued by invisible, child-devouring creatures.

Alongside Blumhouse's live-action feature film, creator James Tynion IV is concurrently spearheading development on a companion adult animated television series.
