Frankincense Infused Jojoba Oil

I had to speed this up and edit out the 10 minutes it took me just to scrape the resin out of the grinder. 🤦‍♀️

I’ve heard that if you freeze your frankincense resin the night before, it makes the process a lot easier. Frankincense resin is much like any other resin and can be pretty gummy and sticky.

If you’re interested in making a product like this, you can also purchase your resin already ground into a fine powder. Personally, I just like working with the frankincense resin tears, but it can definitely be a little more time consuming. After about 24 hours the frankincense infused oil will be ready to strain and be packaged into individual dropper bottles.

I’ve gotten all the supplies to restock all my Whipped Tallows and infused oils!!! 💚

I seriously LOVE working with frankincense. It smells absolutely amazing and has so many beneficial properties and components that I really enjoy incorporating into my products.

When I first started doing my research for The Western Pine, I knew right away that I wanted to incorporate frankincense into all, or at least most, of my products. That research actually led me to further my education in holistic and integrative health, and I’m so glad I did.

My house is about to smell so earthy and good!! 🌿💚

Hello hello! 🤎🌿

I know it’s been a little while, but The Western Pine is officially back! 🥰

I’ve spent some much needed time with my family lately, and while I’ve been away, I’ve also been dreaming up some new ideas and products for The Western Pine. I’m so excited to start bringing some of those ideas to life and sharing them with you!

I’ve been working on adding natural wax melts to the Western Pine lineup, with cozy fall inspired scents that make your home smell absolutely amazing. Think warm, cozy, woodsy, sweet, and all the things that make fall feel like FALL. 🍁🤎

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your patience and apologize for being a little quieter than usual lately.

Summer is such a special time for our family, and I’ve been soaking up these moments with my children while balancing family life and running a small business. Because of that, social media has taken a bit of a back seat. Although I’ve been a little quieter on social media, I’ve been intentionally slowing down to enjoy this season with my family while thoughtfully planning the next chapter of The Western Pine. Behind the scenes, I’ve been creating new products and collections that I’m so excited to share with you this fall.

With the Oklahoma summer heat, I’ve decided to pause shipping tallow products to make sure they arrive in the quality you deserve. Whipped Tallow shipping will resume in September when the weather cools down. 📦
