Meet the toughest rooster in town — boots on, cigar lit, and absolutely no patience for nonsense. 😂
Every feather, wrinkle, and tiny detail was hand-sculpted and edible. Creating characters like this is one of my favorite parts of cake artistry because they bring so much personality and storytelling to a design.

I’m incredibly thankful to see my work featured in D’licious Magazine Wild West edition. 🤗I had the pleasure of creating the two horses and the grumpy cowboy rooster, bringing a touch of humor and character to this Wild West scene. Every detail was handcrafted using amazing products from Saracino Dolci, whose quality helped bring this project to life.🥰🤗
