Meet SherriAnn Harris, Mrs. Harris is the founder and owner of Craft 2 You LLC, a venture that she started to allow children with different abilities to come together to create, interact with others, and learn skills that can be transferred to different settings. Individuals learned skills such as maintaining appropriate interactions with others, developing fine and gross motor skills, and improving communication skills, while promoting self-esteem and happiness. However, after many inquiries and requests from adults, Craft 2 You LLC has grown to provide opportunities for adults and seniors to learn new skills that help reduce stress while interacting with others in a creative atmosphere. Ms. Harris coined the phrase "Therapeutic Craft Professional," pairing her professional experience in the mental health field with her love of sewing and crafting to help those around her explore new talents and skills that may bring them joy and relaxation.

SherriAnn is hosting sewing classes along with a Cricut workshop. These classes are open to adults and children. Learn more at Downing-Gross.org.
