Hello friends,
It’s been a weird couple of months with lots of changes happening in my world.
In February I made the decision to move back home to Oregon. This is a personal decision that has been nagging me for several months. My roots are pulling me back, I miss and have missed so much.

With that being said, this is not the end of , just a simple hiatus until I have a chance to regroup and figure out what my business can offer in Oregon. I’ll still be foraging, mixing teas, making salves and continuing my education. It will just look a little different. I can’t promise I will be on this account often if at all for the next few months, I will however be picking up my personal account again, .gardeners.granddaughter, if you’d like to stay in touch and see a peak of the west. 💚

I will forever have a soft spot for Vermont and especially for this little cabin in the woods.

Happy New Year Friends!

2021 has been a long and full year.
It’s brought joy as well as grief and I’ve learned more than ever the importance in following my own seasons.

As others around me set their wonderful and inspiring resolutions I want to be a gentle reminder that it’s ok to move through this transition quietly, practicing kindness to your body and your self. The past two years have been a roller coaster. It’s ok to have zero expectations, to hold the bar a little lower. It’s ok.
✨
I’m looking back on 2021 with gratitude and looking ahead with an open mind. Wishing you a warm and happy 2022! 💚

Happy 1 Year Of Wood & Meadow! 🎉
In reality one year is really a short time but still a reason to celebrate. A year ago today I opened my online shop featuring herbal teas, salves, oils and face care. I had no idea what it would become. Many of the plant materials I use come from our garden and foraged from the surrounding area.
It’s been a year of lessons, growth and A LOT of hard work, many hours of physical labor and many hours at my desk. I have learned a ton and am eternally grateful for the opportunity.
Of Wood & Meadow became an LLC in September and there are lots of plans unfolding for this next year. 💙

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me along the way. By sharing what I do, hosting shop space, giving advice and encouragement, making purchases, all of it has helped me get to this mark. 🙏🏻

My Grandma passed away last Thursday night, we kind of knew it was coming but it was definitely a shock and it still does not seem real. I was able to take the weekend to process a bit and I’m so grateful for that.
I’ve spent a lot of time remembering, writing and just sitting in a meditative state with her memory. I’m still heartbroken, it’s still hard to talk about but I’m ready to get back to my responsibilities and my business.
With that said I have a few announcements concerning Of Wood & Meadow.
I was not able to make my deadline for the shop update and I apologize for those still waiting for that. I will begin updating product as they are ready (teas will be added this weekend) so if you’re waiting on something specific please reach out.
With this being OWM ‘s first year I’m going to be slowing things way down for now. This means that I have decided not to participate in things such as holiday sales, “black friday”, anything of that sort. I will have my signature offerings on the website and in a few local shops in Vermont and I will offer a few seasonal scents and items.

A few announcements for you.
🍁 Pre order for the Winter Wellness Box is now open! 🎉
Boxes ship December 15th so it arrives in time for winter solstice.
🍁 The online shop will be fully stocked November 13th! Face and body products, teas, electuaries, salves and balms, candles and culinary salts. A few new offerings will be added as well as a bit of seasonal.
🍁AND Local pickup is now available when ordering online. 🙌
