Though most of you know me as photographer/journalist, Grace Trofa, in the nautical world... I have always had a passion for fashion, thanks to my mother and my Italian genes.When I was 18 years old I designed these sandals while living on the island of Ischia in Italy. Ok how many days till Christmas? Are you shopping small business? Don't waste your money and buy just anything from a big box store, shop with intention show that you really thought about what to buy and not just swiped your credit card. It doesn't always have to be an expensive gift but it is nice when it is unique and thought is put into it and I hope with these suggestions that somebody reaches out and says Grace I need that for my friend. Happy Birthday Mom! I always celebrate my mother's birthday, even though it is now almost 20 years since she passed. As I get older she gets wiser, how I wish I could touch her hair, but I know she is around. I use to celebrate with my nephew but he's now celebrating with her, go figure, Life. My brother deposited $$ in my account said go celebrate your mother's birthday and here I am, having pasta on her birthday!
