Attention:
I am sure this isn’t being done by anyone that follows this booth’s page. There’s not many followers on here and we are an extremely small business that tries to preserve vintage toys for toy lovers and collectors. We go through the trouble of digging through the muck and finding beloved toys that may not be manufactured anymore. Often times we spend hour after hour finding the toys, cleaning them up to then price them and put them all in our booth. It is a very time consuming task.
Overlook this message if you have been supporting and respecting Toys in the Attic. We appreciate your support more than you know. It means the world.
TO WHOMEVER is stealing doll clothes, doll shoes, breaking toys that are vintage and hard to find, unwrapping the dolls so you can steal from them or break them, I really hope the universe gives that person or people all that bad karma back ten fold. Going into someone’s property and doing these things plus wrecking it, is a pretty low life thing to do.
It happens A LOT to Toys in the Attic. I never talk about it because I feel extremely appreciative to the ones that do buy from my booth and support it. I just got done taking Jem and the Hologram dolls out due to being unwrapped, broken and shoes/accessories missing. One doll was literally snapped in half. If it is happening because of the prices on some of our items, feel free to go find your own vintage toys. Feel free to go through all the trouble I go through to find what is in Toys in the Attic. Don’t take it out on us. Going into a business and stealing from it or destroying it is not only against the law, it is sorry ass behavior. I end up throwing away so many irreplaceable vintage items because someone thought it was cute to destroy them. And if items are being broke because someone is thinking they will come back in to it being marked down, we don’t mark them down. They get trashed.
Here’s to the New Year and all the awesome support Toys in the Attic has received for the past decade!! It goes a long way!!
