Welcome to our midlife crisis! We're making cookies! The idea behind Mad Batter Bakery started a few years ago but it took this year seriously kicking my ass for me to decide it's time to say screw it, let's do this. We're a mom and son duo running a cottage food bakery out of our tiny, bottom of the line kitchen. We don't even have a stand mixer. But we do have plenty of restless energy that results in stress baking.
