🏖️ Here on vacation but forgot something? If only it was something as simple as your toothbrush… not your CPAP! 😂

Every single day, especially during the summer, we see travelers who arrive in town and realize their CPAP equipment was lost, broken, left behind, or somehow forgotten during the packing chaos. It is a very common occurrence!

Healthy aging starts with daily movement! But it's hot out there! So daily movement might feel like a challenge. But there are options that don't involve profusely sweating. YouTube offers hundreds of free workouts for people of all ages and abilities that you can do from the comfort of your own home. Plus, there are many affordable items that allow for some exercise from the comfort of your favorite chair. We carry resistance bands and the pedal exerciser that are great for this!
