I sincerely apologize for the lack of a catalog this last quarter. Things got quite hectic in my personal life. There is a new catalog going out now and we will send another for Christmas. If you have previously requested a catalog you don't need to again, I make sure if they have moved so it goes to the correct place! If you have not requested a catalog, you can do so at our website giftsfromincarceratedhearts.com Also please share this with your friends so we can get more people access to our service!

If your loved one does not receive a message or the gift is not received within a week AFTER the prison removes the money from their account, please contact us, or have them contact us! We ship orders within 3 days of receiving them in the mail, and ALWAYS contact the incarcerated individual if there is a delay OF ANY KIND! We never want people to be concerned with ordering from us, and hate when these situations occur. Obviously, we can not ship an order without payment, and we try to make things as simple as possible, but sometimes issues occur within the prison or USPS. We also will always submit a missing mail search request to USPS to try to help locate it.

Make sure you get your catalog requests in so everything can be shipped by Christmas! I can ship on a specific date with most items, just be mindful about custom orders and time issues. The Voice Bear is in stock and can be shipped as soon as your LO records the message!
