For the better part of the past three years, I’ve been working with the small business to grow and share knowledge on cannabis use, make space for folks without access to have affordable products in their hands, as well as advocating at a government level for legislation to move in the direction of consumers voices. Especially with h**p! And it’s RAD working with folks who understand the botanical nature of all cannabis products equally. 🫶😘✨
Spending time in community, listening to stories that both break my heart and inspire my soul, work diligently to create jobs that pay well for the work required and also work well beyond required hours to create new ways to celebrate community when the government seems deeply misinformed or greedy for money… I realize leaving my corporate career and coming to the industry best known for healing was single handedly the greatest decision I’ve made.
This year on this holiday we get to celebrate the reopening of our Ohio store after holding the government accountable to overreach of power. We get to celebrate our Kentucky locations engaging growth because we’ve managed to find exactly what people are looking for safely, and we get to see cannabis being fought for by many - regardless of their perspective on other social ideals.
