🍄 Turkey Tail Mushrooms 🍄

These little mushrooms are seriously one of my favorites to find!...(even unexpectedly found some in my brother's backyard lol) Turkey Tail is super good to support your immune system, gut health and just overall wellness. People ask me all the time on how to use them!

Sooo, here's how!

Turkey Tail is pretty tough and woody, so you don't really eat it. I like to make a decoction...add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of dried Turkey Tail to 2 cups of water, gently simmer covered for 30 to 45 minutes, strain really well, and drink as a tea. I'm a honey addict, so I add alot to mine. You can make it daily for immune/gut support...especially during cold/flu season or anytime your body could use a little extra support ❤️

You can also use dried Turkey Tail to make you own tinctures or dual extracts 🌿

Okay farmers & homesteaders, I have a question!

What time do y'all get up in the morning to feed everybody? AKA, what I really mean is, what time are you stumbling outside in muck boots, half awake, carrying feed buckets while 47 (or 147) animals act like they haven't eaten since 1892 😂
