Harvest is a little different this year. We started digging our Russets first, and next week we’ll be moving into our Shepody potatoes. Later in the week, we’ll transition back to digging Russets.

We know many of you are waiting for those Shepodys, and we truly appreciate your patience and support! ❤️ We’ll get them harvested, bagged, and ready for you as soon as we can.

🥔 A quick update from Gibbs Farms!

We just finished bagging our red and yellow potatoes and wanted to give you an update on pricing and availability.

Unfortunately, once we got into the fields, we found a smaller-than-expected crop, so we have fewer potatoes available this season than we had hoped. Because of this, we’ve had to make some adjustments to our original prices.

🥔 Russets: An early supply will be available this weekend.
🥔 Shepody: Harvesting Tuesday–Friday.
🥔 Then it’s back to Russets full swing until we’re finished!
🥔 Reds & Yellow: Come early! No holds!

We’ll keep our page updated as potatoes become available.

I hope everyone is enjoying their fall and getting ready for Thanksgiving!

I just wanted to send out a quick notice that my son Grey is in Utah County with a truckload of potatoes! His phone number is 208-479-3940. He has sold quite a few but is looking to get rid of all of them before he comes home for Thanksgiving Break!

$25 meet up or $30 delivered! He is at the Orem mall near Al's today until 5!

Josh & I sincerely appreciate the many community members who contribute their time to ensuring the crops are harvested safely. We feel so blessed with a safe and bounteous harvest this year!! I was lucky enough to take one round trip ride with Josh to the field, that NEVER happens❤️
