Introducing the new Qwiic Formaldehyde Sensor, utilizing the miniature SFA40 from Sensirion!

The SFA40 from Sensirion is an electrochemical sensor that maintains accurate formaldehyde measurements in environments that have other common indoor gases such as ethanol or nitrogen dioxide, it's the best-in-class for this sort of thing.

The SparkFun SFA40 Qwiic Formaldehyde Sensor is a unique indoor gas sensor that measures low concentrations of formaldehyde (CH2O/HCHO) with excellent accuracy, even in the presence of other similar gases. The SFA40 communicates over I2C, so we put it on this Qwiic breakout to easily integrate it into a Qwiic circuit with no soldering necessary.

Insanely cool project from Reddit popped on our radar. The M.U.L.D.E.R. Unit (or Multi-Use Live Display Emissions Receiver) is a Paranormal Investigation Device this user built to connect with their kids over "spooky stuff." This is a no-solder build that incorporates a bunch of SparkFun parts, including plenty of Qwiic parts (I did say no-solder after all).

The basic idea behind Direct Memory Access is straightforward: instead of having the CPU repeatedly move data between a peripheral and memory, configure the DMA hardware to do the transfers for you. On Teensy 4.1, the hardware can certainly do some impressive DMA tricks. The difficult part is figuring out how all the pieces fit together...
