Well folks… it finally happened.
We got our hands on Heath Riles BBQ rubs, and I’m trying real hard not to sprint around the store like a kid on Christmas morning.

This dude isn’t just a pitmaster — he’s a two‑time, back‑to‑back Memphis in May Grand Champion. First to do it in 42 years. Over 80 championships. Perfect scores. Ribs that make grown adults emotional.

And now his rubs are sitting on our shelves looking all pretty.

If you’ve been waiting to level up your ribs, pork, chicken, or whatever you throw on the smoker… today’s your day.

The crackers are officially done and oh man… they did NOT come to play.

We ran two styles today:

Pickle topped with Blazing Star BBQ Pork'N Rub

Jalapeño hit with SuckleBusters Sugar Daddy Rub

Then we took the bacon to crispy perfection with the trusty torch — because sometimes you just need a little controlled flamethrower action.

The weather says rain.

So yes — Smoke N Sizzle is still rolling smoke this weekend, because if a little drizzle stopped us, our ancestors would be ashamed.
