Sand plums are wild grown in Oklahoma. Pears are from our own and a friend's old growth trees and are pesticide free. Prickly pears are handpicked from Oklahoma prickly pear cactus. We craft small batches ourselves from fruit to jelly in a certified commercial kitchen, regularly inspected and certified by the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
